How does one Download a Course?

To download a course, individuals must complete a few easy steps:

  1. Users must purchase a course through the ITS Online Store selecting 'Download' as their preferred format choice.

  2. Users will receive an e-mail with a link sending them to the ITS Download Center.

  3. First-time users will be asked to enter their order number and then create a password to
gain access to the ITS Download Center.
*Note we recommend that users use the password they created for their ITS Storefront Account.

  4. Users will then enter their e-mail address and password

  5. Users will be taken to their personal folder where they will see the items they purchased.
The licenses shown will correspond to the quantity of the product purchased.

  6. Users can either download the files or distribute the files to someone else.

    A. Download: Users should click the download icon. Icon will pop open a screen giving an option to open or save. We recommend that the file be saved. Once saved, individuals can double click on the icon where the lectures will be opened in their preferred browser. If a file is not saved, the information cannot be accessed again. Once a file has been downloaded, that license expires.

    B. Distribute: Users wishing to route the lectures to someone else should select the distribute button. A box will appear to enter the e-mail address(s) of those to receive the lectures. Once entered, the user can then distribute the files. A user is able to distribute as many licenses as purchased. Once sent, the user will receive an e-mail confirming that the file has been received by the designated e-mail.

  7. Once completed, users will see a change in their screen indicating their file history with a distinction between licenses used and those still remaining to be downloaded.
